We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I finally figured out how to center info in the columns by adding text-align: center to the CSS class(es) in the Column settings.
I can't figure out how to center and break the headings.
I did it like this before Eave<br>Height<br>.This is hard to read without breaking it.
The headings are too long for the column.
Is there any way to do that with this update.
Thanks,
Melanie
HI Melanie,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
We can see on link that you provide that names in column headers are concat. You can change that in option Display headers on DISPLAY tab in table settings.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Thank you Milan for your reply,
Exactly where do I do that and how.
I have tried several things and nothing has worked.
Thanks,
Melanie
HI Melanie,
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also please provide me a id of the table where you have this issue so I can take a look.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

HI m_deaton,
We visit your site and page where you are using wpdatatables. You have some css conflict with theme css. After adding some css in Custom wpDataTables CSS under the "Custom JS AND CSS" in main settings of wpdatatables content in column header is shown properly. If you want to show long headers in more lines ,then you have to turn on Limit table with and Word wrap instead of Scrollable.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
