    Hello,

    I have the same problem as the one that is described in the already submitted ticket "https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/1526584/".

    I am interested to know what was the solution since the last messages are in private.

    In general, I would like to know how the "Filtering Table Output" can be loaded correctly without being hidden due to explorer. Testing has been made by using both Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, and Chrome resulting exactly the same situation, a hidden frame.

    We are not sure did you mean on right ticket link, because the last message on that ticket is public.(attachment)

    I am terribly sorry, I took the wrong URL for reference...
    The correct one ticket is the #1330385 and the proper URL the https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/1330385/

    I have exactly the same problem, my case is that the specific site is part of an Intranet without Internet access.
    Would it be possible to provide you some details in order to start the investigation?

    HI Christopher,

    Yes we see the ticket that you provide and you can't see it because it contains confidential data of their webiste. You have some css conflict with theme css. Can you change theme and see is it working? If you can't change theme on website then you have to use Inspect element of the browser and see what css rule from theme have priority rules and cause moving edit modal. It is hard to check what cause the issue when we don't have access. You can send us that theme so we can test it in our local environment and see is theme causing the issue.
