We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi!

I just bougth the formidable integration but can´t create my table/graph like i planned.

I have a form that takes several data from 1 person, for example montly income, the user enters the month and the value for each month of the year. Then another user enter another set of values etc... I want to show a graph form each custumer with their own data collected in the form. for user 1 the graph with jan - dec (x-axis) and the values (y-axis) .

    How can i achieve that?

    HI DANIELMTZFIG,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    Sorry for late response,

Please note that we have a National holiday in our country from Friday 6th to Monday 9th.

If I understand you well, you can make chart with months(I suppose that is a string column) and all other values that you need for that period should be integers or floats. Also if you have column that show users id, you can use option Follow table filtering in chart wizard and then you can filter table with that user id column and chart will be updated and will be show data for that user.

    Kind Regards,

    Isidora Markovic
