We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I bought this plugin last year and it has been unusable the entire time. I'm unable to create tables, charts, save anything without experiencing error messages and "Invalid JSON" messages.
My support has expired but I'm very unwilling to pay additional money to get support on a plugin that has been impossible to use.
I'd appreciate someone reaching out to me and helping me solve my issues.
Hi,
Unfortunately it's on a localserver so there's no easy way to give access. Have you noticed this type of issue before? Was hoping there would be an easy fix.
Best,
Charlie
Hi Charlie,
This looks like a problem with data in your table. Could you tell me which kind of data do you use to create a table and, if that is possible, send it to me so I can try? Also please try to create a new table with same data.
Hi Miljko,
I don't think it's a data issue. I had some of the tables working before, then suddenly they all stopped - even ones that I didn't change.
If I create a brand new table I get the same issue. Note that all my tables are very basic MySql queries. E.g.
SELECT * from wp_user - (Wp core table)
SELECT * from wp_shipment - (custom MySql table)
Even these are returning errors.
Hi Charlie,
This looks like response from your server changed and now contains something other than our response.
To see if this is a case go to Network tab of your browser developer tools find a request that our plugin make to the server, click on it and then you will see a response tab. Please copy content of it here. If it's too big paste it in txt file and attach it
