1. Unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment. As a workaround I can suggest you to to use <br> tags in the column names but due to some sanitization of the text you might not be able to achieve this.

We have a plan to implement this feature for some of our future updates but for now it is only on our TODO list. It is very difficult to find the proper solutions because it can cause a lot of conflicts with a lot of themes.
As a workaround I can suggest you to take a look at this ticket where one of our users managed to find the solution for his case.
