We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

we are creating a membership website in which we want members to be able to query from preset fields on a page (stock symbols etc..). the query would produce results on the page according to that users specific request.

Also - will the plugin work with memberpress? meaning will it function as a private or restricted service within the membership site?

We were looking at Caspio however this seems like a good solution within our membership site.

    Thanks,

    D.

    Hi dixon,
    Thank you for the inquiry.

"we are creating a membership website in which we want members to be able to query from preset fields on a page (stock symbols etc..). the query would produce results on the page according to that users specific request. "

    - As I understood this, you are asking if it is possible to filter the tables. If that is a question, yes you can filter the tables with wpDataTables plugin. Please take a look at Advanced filtering: How to use it in wpDataTables page from our documentation to read more about filtering in wpDataTables.

"Also - will the plugin work with memberpress? meaning will it function as a private or restricted service within the membership site?"

    - Unfortunately I didn't quite understand this. Can you please describe in more details or to write some use case so I can understand it.

You can try our sandbox site: Front-end & Back-end - you can find a fully functional version there to try out all plugin features.
