My client purchased wpdatatables with support a few days ago. I have been trying to submit a support ticket but cannot get past the "purchase code" field. Where do i find that? I used every code on the invoice and nothing worked. I also tried the very option and that did not work either.
My support question was - How do you add to a previously created table using import? And how do you add using MySql?

You can find purchase key when you go to https://codecanyon.net/downloads. You have to be logged in with the account that you used when you purchased the plugin. There you can click on green Download button and download your purchase key. Please take a look at the image from the attachment. When you download purchase key, you will be able to open a new ticket in wpDataTables category.
