I have made some tables and add to all the Excel export tool but the button only appeared if I logged as administrator in the web. The other buttons( pdf, column visibility, CSV..) do not disappears as the Excel do if I not log as Administrator.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table id where this happens so I can investigate.
You are welcome.
I am glad that you found what cause the issue.
It is probably because of the browser version, because we are using all most used browsers an our local environment and tables are working fine in all of them.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to open a new ticket, we will gladly help.
We'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a review on CodeCanyon on this link. Thanks!

Hi,
Yes, the other buttons work and do not hide if you not be logged as administrator.
I attach an image with the configuration, and now you could see the CSV button in the link I send you before.
I can only see the excel button on the link if I´m logged as Administrator.

Hi,
I have found the problem.
I was running as administrator in chrome and it always show me the excel button but for the other roles I was using safari.
It is safari the one that do not show this button.
Now I understand that you probably see the link I post you alright as I see it ok in all the other navigators I have.
I think this will be an issue of the version of my installed safari.
Thank you.
