Can you please follow this steps so you can manually update the plugin to 2.1 which is the stable version:

1.) Download zip from this link

2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

3.) Delete existing wpdatatables folder.

4.) Upload previously downloaded wpdatatables folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

6.) Deactivate wpDataTables, and then activate it again.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

It looks like there is some conflict with other plugin.

Can you please tell me can I deactivate plugins one by one to see which may cause an issue like this.

It looks like there is an issue with the WP email users plugin.

If you deactivate that plugin you should be able to navigate through settings.

We did not further investigate this problem with the WP email users plugin yet.
They use the same name for some classes to bind the actions for some of our classes and because of that our plugin get "confused" which action to apply on mouse click.

We will investigate this further when we have time but for now our suggestion is to disable that plugin until there is some proper solution for both sides.

Or if you really need that plugin you can disable it until you finish editing the settings for our table and then after you finish everything , activate that plugin again.
