We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have created a new DB table with app 25k records. When creating a new datatable and then saving, I get just the date and time in the top right of the screen like this:
Sat, 17 Mar 2018 17:19:18 GMT
I've tried changing the PHP version thinking this might be the problem. I've tried version 5.6, 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2. No success. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Frank
UPDATE
I have tested saving after disabling all plugins with the same results. No save - blank page with just the date at the top left.

SOLVED
Wordfence needs to be deactivated in order to save. Not a great solution but it works.

Hi Frank,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
I am glad that you found a solution. Some customers have same issue and they contact Wordfence support and there is a solution that you can whitelist that pages or calls or ip in Wordfence that are block so you can use both plugins.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
