WP Post Categories array

    Hello,

    i am trying to create a table which shows post ID, Title and the categories each post is assign too separated by a comma, much like the way wordpress backend displays them but whenever i try to add an argument in the array for the categories i get an error, most likely due to the fact that get_the_category() returns an array of the post categories.

    Am i limited to only show one category per row for each post?

    Currently trying to do this with the Serialized PHP array format for the table.

    Any suggestions?

    Also i do not seem to be able to output values from ACF custom fields as well

    Thanks in advance

    Managed to solve this , if anyone else needs a solution , basically you do this :

    $post_categories = get_the_terms( $post->ID, 'category' );
    if ( ! empty( $post_categories ) && ! is_wp_error( $post_categories ) ) {
        $categories = wp_list_pluck( $post_categories, 'name' );
    }

    and then implode the array to a string within the array:

    'Category' => implode(" , ",$categories)
