Good day.

I have a question, is it possible to connect wpData Tables with a mysql database that is hosted in another hosting? If possible, how can it be done?

Thank you for your purchase.
You can take a look at the Use separate mysql connection in the wpdatatables settings page ( attachment)
Where you can see how you can connect to the other database.

For now it is only possible to connect to one database but we are working on adding more features for this functionality.

Good evening.

Thank you very much for responder. However, I have a problem, I added the requested data but this error appeared and I have verified that they are the correct data.
What could be falling?

Hi certiprof,

Ok here are some ideas what to look in order to set the separate connection.

First check if the firewall might cause this problem.

Also please check with the hosting company because it can turn out that the hosting provider had port 3306 closed, if it is opened you should not have any issues.

Hope that the main reason is somewhere in the examples above.
