We followed the documentation to set up a new manual table. Instead of taking us through to the table builder, we get a screen which asks for a data source.
When we ask for a mySQL data source, we are then asked to build an SQL query.
The documentation shows the wizard offering a field building tool - this is what we want.
This is immediately following a new install.
