I have a site where I am attempting to use Gravityforms as a tool for wholesale customers to place online orders. no pricing data is just needed, mostly just quantities however the newest request is to have a live calculation of weight of the order. they make horse feed so they need the wholesale buyer to see a total of weight which affects their shipping costs. I have a couple ideas on how to do it but they aren't pretty. the product list is around 100 items long and then needs to be sent to a table or google sheet. The client does not like the look of the gravity forms email output so I am currently sending to google sheets. Perhaps Gravityforms is not the right product. I just basically need simple data entry with a submit button and a live weight calculation.
If you still want to continue to use Gravity Forms, we have an add-on where you can create wpDataTable from Gravity Form entries. You can take a look at this add-on at this link.
You can try our sandbox site: Front-end & Back-end - you can find a fully functional version there to try out all plugin features.

Hi Bryan Morgan,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Maybe something that you might be interested are Front-end editable tables. You can take a look at Creating editable tables in WordPress using wpDataTables page from our documentation and all other pages from this section.
About calculation you might calculate these values by using Formula (calculated) columns.
