Hello,
Our client purchased the powerful filters add on for wpdatatables and we are having difficulty in removing the initial clear filters button that goes at the beginning of the filter table when we have engaged the second one to appear at the end. I have attached a screen shot to show you our dilemma.
Our second question is whether or not we are able to add header titles above the filters to illustrate a step process as we have also engaged the cascading filtering logic to run in a left to right (dependent) sequence. What we're hoping to achieve is also mentioned in the same attachment.
Finally, is there an easier method to export a manually created table as a .csv for our client to update and then re-upload rather than do a cut and paste of each entered value from each column table into a separate .csv file?

Thank you for your purchase.
There should not be 2 clear filters buttons displayed.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look.
Due to our support policy may I kindly ask you to open a new ticket if you have some other issue or question that is not related to this topic. We are trying to keep "one issue per ticket" so it will be much more easier and faster to help you out and for other customers to find the related issue.

Hi Deva,
As I can see this is only happening in widget not if you put the table in the body of the page ( attachment)
So can you please tell me do you maybe have some plugins that are related to the widget or maybe some custom script/code that is related to duplicate our buttons.
