Can you please provide me with the template location that is stopping CSS from changing fill color as shown on attachments. Bought the software yesterday but it appears to be inline styles on the chart so cant seem to over ride the set font values. I am using a dark background so dark fill colours are of no use,many thanks
HI web_kings,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
You can't change look of the charts with custom css, because they use own engines for making charts. But you can check in our documentation about wpDataCharts callbacks . Every chart exposes a number of options that customize its look and feel. Charts usually support custom options appropriate to that visualization. This callbacks allows adding options that are available in Google Charts API, Highcharts API and Chart.js API.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

ok thanks have added, the following Javascript
jQuery(window).load(function(){
if( typeof wpDataChartsCallbacks == 'undefined' ){ wpDataChartsCallbacks = {}; }
wpDataChartsCallbacks[8] = function(obj){
options.chart.style = {
color: '#FF0000',
fill: '#FF0000'
}
}
}
});
No joy, can this be done? Or can I assign a CSS class?
maybe
jQuery(window).load(function(){
if( typeof wpDataChartsCallbacks == 'undefined' ){ wpDataChartsCallbacks = {}; }
wpDataChartsCallbacks[8] = function(obj){
options.chart.className = "test.css"
}
}
});
jQuery(window).load(function(){
if( typeof wpDataChartsCallbacks == 'undefined' ){ wpDataChartsCallbacks = {}; }
wpDataChartsCallbacks[8] = function(obj){
options.chart.className = "test"
}
}
});
The support is very bad.
