If you take a look at our documentation you will see this notice

• For tables with server-side processing only the visible rows will be exported to any format. This means that if you want the whole table to be exported (or copied to clipboard), you would need to choose “Show All” feature in the “show … entries” block, and then do the export:

When the chart and the table ( server side table ) is on the same page and Follow table filtering is turned on the chart will get the data only for displayed rows in the table. 
In your case your chart will get only the 10 rows of the table and it will not displayed the rest of them.

To avoid this you can select All for display length and the chart will display all of the data from the table.

As for the display of the select boxes can you please tell me is this only happening on the front end or in the backend also.

To allow users to update the file within Wordpress they will need to have access to the Wordpress backend in order to change that file.

Unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment and it require some code customization of the plugin.

NOTE:
If you have more then one issue may I kindly ask you to open a new ticket and to keep "one issue per ticket" policy. You can open as many tickets as you want and it is much more easier for our support managers and hopefully for you if we discuss about one issue on one ticket.
