Hello, in my displayed table several things are incorrect.  I have tried inactivating all other plugins, and even tried a  couple of different themes, and these issues persist.

1. Regular view does not display table until I turn off "Hide table until it is fully loaded".

2. Scroll bar is below bottom of page because of a large white space following the table.  When I inspect the element I see "<div class="wtHolder" style="position: relative; width: 1341px; height: 2547.5px;">"  2547.5px seems excessive, not sure where it is coming from.

3. Table tools do not appear.

4. "Show 10 entries" drop  down does not appear even though it is turned on.

5. Info  block does not appear below the table even though it is turned on.

I am at a loss. Please help.  This seems like it will be a very nice plugin once it is working.

Hello,  I just noticed that the highest WordPress version you note is 4.8.x.  My site is currently at 4.9.4.  I wonder if this could part of the problem.

Yes. I mentioned in my statement of the problem that I tried different themes.  In fact I tried all of the themes I have installed.  I just switched to Twenty Seventeen so you can see the result.  I also tried setting "include bootstrap.js on the front end" on and off. The symptoms don't change.

I have disabled all plugins except for wpDataTables.  The problem still happens with or without include bootstrap.js option.  In the menu you can select "Test(excel view)" to see the result.

The regular view provides what I need. It seems the plugin, "Popbox for elementor" is clearly the problem.  I can live without that plugin.

Also, thanks for the reference to the documentation.  I had looked through a lot of the documentation, but missed that page.  It really helps clarify.
