In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Does the software have a scheduler in it so that it can automate csv imports on a timed basis?

We do not have scheduler to import data.
If you just need to change the data in the same table and not to create new tables from every CSV one of the possible solution could be to create wpDataTable table from MySQL and then write a little script that will import CSV into that MySQL table. Plugin loads data from database on every page refresh so your visitors will see current data
