We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

User specific chars based on information in Gravity Forms

    Hello

    Great plugin.

    Is it possible to make user specific charts based on data logged through a gravity form?

    My intention is to show a result of a questionnaire in a piechart.

    Hi Kenneth,
    Thank you for your inquire.

    At this moment you have option to add "User" column which could be used to filter data based on user who visit the table. You can hide this column on the frontend and then add placeholder for user login in the Predefined value(s) field on the column settings filtering tab. Then you need to place that table on the same page where the chart is and turn on follow table filtering in chart option. If you do not want to show table to your users you can hide it with CSS. This way you will have chart which will show the data only for current logged in user.

    We also developed new option which will allow you to show users only their own entries with enabling the one switch so if this feature is not urgent for you you can wait for built in option in new version
