In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi, If i was to use this data table and pull data from an excel sheet, If i updated the excel sheet would that automatically update the info on the Wordpress website?

    I plan on having a table which is located on my website, Ran from Excel sheet, 

    The excel sheet will be updated daily, and the wordpress site needs to be updated with latest figures.thanks

    - Yes, but if you update the Excel file from that you have created table and that is stored on your server. By the default in uploads folder of your WordPress installation. Also this table can't be Manual table type than it needs to be Excel table type in wpDataTables plugin. Please take a look how to create Excel type tables from .xls or .xlsx file in wpDataTables plugin on this page from our documentation. Also the structure in this Excel file should not be changed (That means that number of columns should be always same as you created wpDataTable first time).
