I am having a really difficult time getting this to work and feel like it should be much easier. Can you please provide more guidance based on the numbers I provided?
I just want to confirm whether it is me or an issue with the plugin. Are you able to quickly login with the details I provided and make sure something isn't work. I get errors almost everytime I do anything.
This is the error that I get when I try to create a manual table on your site ( attachment)
The
500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem
probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins
but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Can
you please investigate your server log and see if there is some
errors.
Can you please just tell me or show me a screen shot of exactly what to input and where? I can't figure it out and I feel like it should be much easier than it seems. I am on a tight deadline to get this produced.
You can take a look at the table that I created on your site ( wpadatatables support ID 6)
There in the table you can see that I added cell content prefix and suffix for the last 2 columns.
The issue with this table is that when you create a chart the difference between 2 values ( first is 2500.00 and the other one is 95) is to big and the series for the third column is almost not visible in the chart. But if you hover over the X axis you will see that value ( attachment)
We are creating a line chart and we can't figure out how to plot empty values? Scroll down to the line chart titled "Demand Rate" and you will see a line chart that we started. We want to enter data manually each month for 2018 without it automatically projecting it forward to 0? We just want the line to stop at the current month instead of dropping down to 0
Unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment.
Our plugin is designed that if the value of the chart is null that number will be displayed as 0 ( because the 0 is default value of the integer and float columns).
Almost every time I try to do something I get a crazy error like the one attached.
I want to create a few very simple charts and this is a nightmare to deal with.
For instance, two simple bar charts with this data:
Avg Sale Price % Of Original List Price Recieved
2014 $254,362 95.84%
2015 $257,799 95.94%
2016 $268,898 96.38%
2017 $275,573 96.67%

Can you please use the data and either hook it up or show me some screen shots of what needs to happen?
Hi chrisleeweaver_phased,
Thank you for your purchase.
When you are creating manual tables before you save any of the table you must enter at least one entry in one of the rows.
Can you please add one entry in the table and then try to save the table settings.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Chris
As I can see from your tables you are making tables manually.
You can take a look at our documentation where you can see how you can properly create manual table.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Hi Bogdan
The error message has been taken care (it just disappeared so I don't know what the issue was).
I still can't figure out how to use the plugin / input the data for a simple bar chart with the following data:
Avg Sale Price % Of Original List Price Recieved
2014 $254,362 95.84%
2015 $257,799 95.94%

Hi Bogdan
Thanks for kicking those charts off for me.

Our table is titled: Demand Rate Table and our chart is titled "Demand Rate Chart" if you wanted to have a look.
Thanks
Chris
