We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Dear Sirs,

I have a database with about 20 fields in it. I want to display 10 in a table that can be filtered, but when I export to CSV or Excel, I want to export all 20 fields. I can see that I can add the fields to the table and then select them as hidden, but I cannot seem to export them as well as the viewed columns. Is there a way around this?

    Kind regards,

    Ian

    Dear Sirs,

Having looked into my issue this afternoon, I think the Report Builder add on will solve my issue. I create a table with all 20 fields I want in my report and then I configure the report as I require it. I then hide the 10 fields that I don't want displayed on the front end. In my head that means that the front end displays the 10 fields I want, but the report can pull out all 20 fields. Please can you confirm that my thought process is correct here.

    Kind regards,

    Ian

    Hi Ian,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Yes you can use Report Builder add on if by fields you mean columns. My suggestion is you use our live presentation of all features of plugin and add ons on our sandbox so you can try it before buy.

    Kind Regards,
