I cannot open the "settings" panel to setup a connection to my MySQL database. I have a fresh install of your product on my server. I am getting no error messages at all, just a spinning circle when I try to go to that section. My WordPress site is functioning fine, and I show no MySQL errors in its connection to the local instance of MySQL. I'm running WP version 4.9.2 using MySQL 4.7.
Edit: I have tried completely deleting and reinstalling my WP instance, database and all. I have even left it at an older version. I have the same issue that the "settings" panel will not load. Thanks again for any help.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Bogdan. I dug into the apache2 log files, and it was indeed a Curl issue. Curl was installed but I didn't have php7.0-curl installed as well. I installed it, reloaded apache, and it seems to be working now.
When the settings are not loading then almost 99% is the CURL installation.
