I have created a table that users can edit in the front end but I want one of the cells to be locked so only a specific role can edit that cell.
It is a simple timesheet reporting setup where users log in their date, time spent and customer reference number and then i would like a cell saying "pending" and once an admin has approved, it should say "approved". But users should not be able to select approved or pending on their own.
Is that possible?
Thank you very much.
HI Kenneth,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin built in features at the moment.
Your idea is quite interesting to have some user roles limitation for certain columns and I will definitely add your suggestion to our TODO list so maybe we can implement it for our future updates.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,

Thank you for your response.
Can I edit the data that users has typed in to the table then?
Thanks you in advance.
If the "Users see and edit only their data" is enabled?
Hi Kenneth,
You can take a look at our documentation video where you can see how you can make a table where admin can view and edit the all entries from the users.
Hope this can help.
Best regards.
