I'm trying to edit the Vertical axis min value of a chart, but there seems to be no "Axes" option. In fact, there's no other options besides "Chart" visible under the "Formatting and preview" section.
Am I missing something? Is there some hidden option to turn those options on that I didn't notice?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We notice that you are using some plugin for adding css on admin pages. We found that you have a lot of css rules in this plugin for hiding elements and one of them cause hiding div that contains options for setting chart looks.
.col-md-3 {
display: none; }
If you comment this options will be shown in chart wizard.
