Hi,
I would like to pre-filter with the shortcode, so the important information is already selected or highlighted. In addition I would change the sort of the table and the chart in the other direction. Is both possible? If yes, how?
HI menoan,
Thank you for your purchase.
Filtering throw shortcode you can use placeholders. More about this in our documentation on this link. There is a option Pre-filtering tables through URL. More about this on this link.
You have option Follow table filtering in chart wizard that you can use. Table and the chart have to be on the same page. More about this on this link.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Milan,
Thank you for your reply.
I think I understand how to use %VAR1% etc. now. However, I do not have this Placeholder tab. How can I activate it?
Hi menoan,
Placeholders are available only with tables made from MySQL query. We are working on feature where they will be available with tables made from XML, JSON and PHP serialized array.

Isidora Markovic

Hi Milan,
I am pretty sure that I use the MySQl database (no external). How could I check this?
Hi menoan,
If you make table with option Creating Tables in WordPress based on MySQL queries you will see placeholder tab in table settings.(attachment)

Ok, I created the tables manually which is also stored in MySQL. I do not understand why this is not working. I hope you make it available soon.
Hi menoan,
Yes it is stored in database but it is not made from Mysql query throw our query box. Placeholders are usually used for MySQL queries which you can read in our documentation from link that I provide to you in previous posts. You can use that table that is made in database when you create manual table in query like this
SELECT * FROM wp_wpdatatable_1
and make table from Mysql query and placeholders will be available.
Kind Regards,
