Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

It looks like the issue is with the theme because the tables are working in backend.

Can you please try to change the theme and tell me is it working after that.

I I noticed that there are a lot of errors when that theme is enabled, and even if there is at least 1 Javascript error on the page that can cause or table to break.

Hope that you will find another theme.

Hi Paul,

There should not be any issues with the user roles because the table does not set any of it.

When I am logged in I can see the table ( attachment 1) with one Error from the powered_work_documents_bue theme.

Also when I go to your other link I can also see the table  ( attachment 2) 

But when I go to this page, the table is not showing properly.

Is it possible for you to send me the theme so I can take a look on our side.
