I found out, it's "Responsiveness" under Display. Then you have to choose which columns "Hide on mobiles" and tablets, and there you go. Whenever the table appears on mobile or tablet or lower resolution screen, or lower table width, the row collapses.
How can I reproduce this row grouping ie click on the + button to show some extra field data? See the example below.

You can also do that on the desktop, you have just to increase tablet width option in main settings of the plugin.
