on my development machines I am unable to access wpdatatables settings. I go to the page and everything is grayed out and it just spins, like it's waiting.I tried on 3 machines, all have Apache web sever
From screencast that you provide I can see that you have issue probably because you don't have install curl extension on server. I provide you a link in previus post where you can see what are the minimal requirements for wpdatatables. I know that you can't access settings to check info tab but you can check on server do you have installed that requirements.
About the View Link from plugins page showing Lite version of the plugin, because wordpress pull data(only link page we are not sure why) if you have plugin include on wordpress.org plugins sector. You have premium version of plugin because you can choose third option in table wizard and this option in Lite version is not accessible.

It's look like that theme or some other plugin use bootstrap.js as our plugin so they are in conflict.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I don't know what you did, but I still cannot create a table or make changes to settings.
I tried to man
I tried it with Chromium on linux mint and it worked ok
I tried it with Firefox v.57 on linux mint and it did not work. This is the browser I was using to create the screen shoots.
I will now use either chrome or an older version of firefox. I haven't tried internet explorer (ugh).

You are welcome. Glad that you found what cause the issue.
We are not sure why is not working with Firefox. We are using Ubuntu 17.3 and it working fine in all most used browsers.
