Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look.

Can you please change the theme and tell me does the table appears in the front end.

The issue with the dropdown that is not working is because the theme is still activated so changing the theme files is not something that is recommended although you can contact the theme authors and ask them about this issue.
Maybe they have some clue or solution so the table will work without iframe.
As for the iframe, unfortunately something like this is not included in regular support for the plugin. Included support covers help with bugs and general inquiries for the plugin features, but not customizing the iframes. As you're developing some custom solution if you need our assistance we can offer you our paid customization service.
This waves error and also the error below about animate fade out is related to the bootstrap and that is why I asked you to change the theme and see if the error will disappear and tables will work and display as they should.
Now with the theme that have the conflict with our plugin that error is appearing because of the bootstrap.
If you can not change the theme until our next update of the plugin , my suggestion will be that you provide me the FTP account so we can change that code for you that is included in our next update.
