I purchased wpdatatables around Jan 27, 2017. Today on my website all of my data stopped showing up, and when I go to access the plugin within wordpress it acts as though I need to purchase the license again. What might be causing this issue?
This is a problem that occurs when we released update for lite version of our plugin. We fixed it immediately but wordpress auto update functionality pushed it to some users.
There is two ways to solve this:
First would be to send me both FTP account as well as admin account fro your website and I will fix it for you
Second would be to download latest full version from Envato and update plugin manually following this tutorial.
