I am not able to create table by importing an excel file and already sent mail to [email protected] but no response. I am not at all happy with your support. Appreciate if you can get back to me as soon as possible. I sent all the relevant files and also the error message to that mail ID.

Sorry for late response.

We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Sorry, we got a lot of emails after the New year holidays and Alexander was on vacations. Alexandar is part of the development team, so please if you have some issue write here over the ticksy(our support ticketing system.)
We use file that you provide and we successfully make a table.(attachment)
About the error form attachment: The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins but instead is a problem with the web site's server.

Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors so we can see what cause the issue?
