I am not able to create table by importing an excel file and already sent mail to [email protected] but no response. I am not at all happy with your support. Appreciate if you can get back to me as soon as possible. I sent all the relevant files and also the error message to that mail ID.

We use file that you provide and we successfully make a table.(attachment)
About the error form attachment: The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors so we can see what cause the issue?
