Scroll bars do not work on large tables, if you look at the link provided and look at the bottom table you cannot scroll across the data it just ends. The scroll bar is there but does not function.
This is especially bad on mobile devices as on the next link
This all fits on a page so works fine on a pc / laptop. But for a mobile device the scroll does not fully work and it then displays some of the data but not all of the data.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
We check links that you provide, and we see that tables are working fine.(attachment 1) Scroll bar is not showing because you set most of the columns to be collapsed on mobile devices and there is nothing to scroll. If you click on collapsed button you will see all columns that you set to be collapsed on mobiles.(attachment 2) If you turn off option Hide on mobiles for all columns that you set, scroll bar will work.
Thank you for your informative reply. I have made these changes and they now work. I just have one question though as the scroll bars only work on my laptop if I untick the "collapsed button" this is not a problem for me to do at all. But I am wondering what is identifying the device as a mobile device as my laptop is a laptop so not a mobile device.
Anyway the issue is resolved so thank you for your time.
If you are see collapsed button on your laptop, that means that you increase Tablet width in main settings of the plugin or your laptop width is the same as the tablets.(You are turn on option Hide on tablets in column settings for that columns)Here you can redefine the width that the plugin will “see” as the tablet width. Can be used if you want to trigger responsive mode on desktops as well.
If you have any more issues feel free to open a new ticket, we will gladly help.
We'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a review on CodeCanyon on this link. Thanks!
