Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!
TMS
We would like to change the DB settings using a script - perhaps a call to the MySQL command line.
Do you have a way to do this? Maybe you can tell me what table and row we need to look in?
Mark Lee
HI Mark Lee,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry but I did not quite understand your issue, can you please describe me a little bit more so I can give you my suggestion.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,

Hi Bogdan,
On the wpDataTables settings screen there is a tab for SEPARATE MYSQL CONNECTION. We wanted to issue a SQL statement against the wp_options table to change the settings without using the administrative panel.
I have now discovered that they are in that table with option_name = wdtMySqlHost, wdtMySqlDB, wdtMySqlUser, wdtMySqlPwd and wdtMySqlPort. So I believe I can change these from the command line with a SQL query or even with WP-CLI.
So you see any problem with this?
Mark
HI Mark Lee,
Can you please tell me did you try to make MySQL table with the query for example like this
SELECT * FROM wp_options and make that table editable.
In that case you can change the values from the wp_options table in database.
Correct me if I did not understand you completely.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
