Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
While working on creating tables I suddenly got the popup banner (Error User mjrofwjm_WPtable already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections), see attached. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
It blocked any further possible work on wpDataTables plugin. Plus the web page that had shortcode, was also showing the same error.
I've connected the wpDataTables to the MyPHP MySQL database in settings, and tested the DB connection. The dedicated user to the MySQL is 'mjrofwjm_WPtable' with all rights except DROP., the result was all good. Prior to the error all was working ok.
Any ideas??
Regards
Fergus
HI Fergus,
Thank you for your purchase.
This issue can be related to mysql not our plugin.
Can you please check your server log and see if there are some errors.
Best regards.

Hi Again,
You might have to help me.. as I've no idea where to find the logs on the CPanel.. I've had a look but any logs only references the webfront end
Where should I look? Sorry to be so dumb.
Fergus
Hi Fergus,
The server log in almost 80% can be available in the cpanel. Maybe it is not called Server log but Errors, Server errors, etc.
If you can not find that in your cpanel my suggestion is to ask your hosting providers about the server log so they can send you.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,

Hi,
Sorry for the delay: day job got in the way.. I've checked the cPanel, and there are no errors in the error page/section.
I worked around the problem, by deleting the wpDataTable that error'ed. Rebuilt it.. and all seems fine.
But there is a new issue of the edit popup windows showing columns that are tagged not to show on front end. I will open a separate ticket for that today
But as for this ticket, please set it to "closed by the customer"
Regards
Fergus
