Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Also point me to the table id and filter names/columns so I can take a look.

1. The screenshot is from the wpdatatable support page that I created on your site ( diane site) when the twenty sixteen theme is applied.

2. Not code changes, the only thing I changed was the theme.

3. Unfortunately Skype calls are not included in regular support of the product.

Please note that standard item support (as defined by Envato's definition of support) does not include:

• Skype, Teamviewer calls or etc.

I dowloaded the theme and test it out on my site.

Everything with the select boxes and multi select boxes is working fine ( attachment).

Also I noticed that you are using child wp ocean theme on other site so that might cause the issue like this.

Can you please tell me if you switch to just Wp Ocean theme do you still have this issue.

We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days and also support system that we are using was not functional.

We download clean theme from link that you provide and also download child theme that you provide and we test in our local environment and we can't reproduce the issue. With theme and also with child theme wpdatatables is working just fine. (attachments)

We suppose that you are use some custom code that cause the issue.
