The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins but instead is a problem with the web site's server.

Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors.

Also please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

And point me to the table ID so I can take a look.

As I can see there is some error:

Backend error that I see when I go to wpdatatables is in attachment 2, this error refers to mansory.

Do you know maybe the reason why this errors pops up.

It must be something with the server configuration then because I was able to create a table with your file ( attachment).

It is also very strange that there is no error log when the internal server error occurs.

I enabled the Cascade filter and it seems that is working fine.

Maybe the issue with this page is that some of the images (facebook,twitter, instagram ) are pending to load and the page also after the 2 minutes some dashicons are still on pending status.

Also can you please tell me did you checked the settings that you entered for the separate mysql connection in wpdatatables settings page.

I also spoke with my colleges about your excel file and Internal server error that you get when you try to import it, the issue is related to some security on the server, if it is not mod_security maybe there is some other which you can check it with your hosting provider.

There was a small issue with the cascade filtering when the separate connection was turned on.

I changed a code for you and that code will be included in the next update of the Addon so no need to worry. ( You now have that update in your Addon)

Probably there is some restriction for the xlsx file on the server which redirect you to Internal server error 500 especially when the server log is empty.

You just need to enable editing for that table in table settings ( attachment) 

From there you can add, delete and edit the entries in the table.

You can check Excel like editor for editable tables.

You will see the icon next to the standard editor. ( attachment) 

But please note that if the table is too large it can take some time to load all of the entries.

Probably because there was some SQL limitation hitted when you edit the tables in Excel like editor.

Depending on the previous replies and on quantity of data my suggestion is to consider increasing the server performance or maybe change a hosting provider in future.

For the this version of the plugin those strings must be hardoced.

For the next version of our plugin we updated the po and mo files which are used to get that strings and you can translate it with for example poedit software.

If you want I can send you that file and a link from our blog post so you can see how you can translate all of the strings in the plugin.

2) There is some little bugs with the selextbox, multiselect box and predefined values in this version of the plugin and we are working on finding the solution for the next update of the plugin.

I hope that the new version will be released in next few weeks.
