I have a problem with the time entry. I have the time format set in MySQL in wdtTimeFormatin to "h: i: s". When I click on the time ending ":00", the last zero will disappear. I will fill this zero manually and finish editing the field (click outside the edited element) and the last zero will disappear again. When "OK" is confirmed, there is a "There was an error trying to insert a new record!" Error.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We see that you are make custom format for timepicker which is not available in built in features of plugin at the moment. Something like this is not covered in the included support for the plugin. Included support covers help with bugs and general inquiries for the plugin features, but not issue with custom solution. This feature is on our TO DO list which will be implement in near future.
Sorry for late response. We were closed during New Year holidays.
Custom solution is feature that is not build in feature of plugin and it requires some code customization. We have our paid customization service where you can hire one of our developers to implement this feature for you.
However, like i said in previous post this feature is on our TO DO list which will be implement in near future.

Hi jiri,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please tell me is this happens on all tables where you are using datetimepicker or just on specific one?
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Milan,
Thank You for your answer. What is "Custom solution"? This is a solution that I have to do, or do you do it for a fee?
