We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
On this form, you'll see that the oz/yd2 field has a searchable number range.
When you select, for instance, 1 to 5, you'll get no results, even though a bunch are within that range.
If you do 1.0 to 5.0, you'll get a few that are nowhere close to being in that range.
I feel that this might somehow be tied to the data having to be "string", as "integer" throws off where the decimal is supposed to be in the first place.
Overall, I'm pretty confused on how to fix this and could really use the help.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Garbonso,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please send me the file from which you created this table so I can try to reproduce the issue on my side.
Best regards.

Sorry, can you please send me that file, because Bogdan left and I can't access to his mail? Thank you

Hi Garbonso,
Now I can see the issue.
When you filtering the float columns you must enter the number exact the same as it is in the table, so for example you must enter 7.50 instead of 7 or 7.5 if you have value 7.50 in the table.
This is something that we are looking to expand for the future updates so the search will find not exact values in the number range for the float columns.
Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
