Sorry for misunderstanding,

can you please tell me which version of wpdatatables plugin do you use, not version of Powerfull filters add on?

We look up in example that you provide and functionality with filters can be done but with different design.

Unfortunately we don't have such buttons or tabs for filtering, but you can see in our documentation how filters look like. Global search don't have search button, because it is searching on keyup, but you can make search button for filters with Powerful filters add on. That icons in filtered column can be done in table with html and css, colors of the rows can be done with Conditional formatting and link button also with new features of Url column.

Please note that you need wpDataTables 2.1 full version to run the Powerfull filters addon! It will not work with earlier versions of the plugin, or with wpDataTables Lite.

My suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following this steps:

1.) Download zip from this link

2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

3.) Delete existing wpdatatables folder.

4.) Upload previously downloaded wpdatatables folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

6.) Deactivate wpDataTables, and then activate it again.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete the old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page) if you don’t want to lose all your tables!

Please note that standard item support (as defined by Envato's definition of support) does not include:

Writing advanced CSS; 

Resolving and debugging third party software and hardware issues; 

Preparing files and tables; 

Skype, Teamviewer calls or etc.

Sorry for late response. 

We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.

We are using this ticketing system for our support. When you not reply more then seven days ticket will be closed. But when you reply after that that ticket will be open again.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Let me know when you get feedback from hosting provider. I think it will not be a problem to upgrade at least 5.5 version. I will forward this to my team to investigate and see is it possible to make it work with lower version of php.
