We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Everything is working great with your wpDataTables. My organization is very pleased with all the important tabular data we're able to display on our website. 

    I would, however, like to further expand on the application. I want to be able to do something you mentioned to another customer last March.

    You stated..."We also have plans to add single cell shortcode in the future so you'll be able to show just one value. For example value from 7th row and 3rd column, but I can'r promise you when this feature will be added."

    Is that available? That would sure add a lot of "power" to my application because I could put our plant production "real-time" data (updating every 10 minutes or so) in a Table and display is nicely in Headers, etc.

    Glad to hear that you are satisfied with our product.

    Unfortunately shortcodes for single cell is not yet available. We developed new Addon and waiting for its release and we also added some features that are requested a lot of times from our customers for the upcoming update. 
    The single cell shortcode is something that we are looking for to include for future updates of the plugin.
