I have a table installed and wish to add columns. I successfully added five columns to the table from the wp backend as admin. In each case, I chose one-line select box, defined Yes and No as values, set No as the default value and used the "fill with default value" toggle. Five times it worked. On the sixth and every other time I tried the same thing the same way, the column would appear to be added, but with no default value added. When I tried to edit a row, in either standard or excel style, I got an error message "Error! There was an error trying to update the row. Unknown column "productsales" in "field list." I have tried deleting the newly added column and doing it again ... only to repeat the same error.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to some table ID so I can take a look.
Unfortunately it is very difficult for me to debug this kind of issue if I can not see the plugin and try to find the problem.
Is there any possible way that you send me that MySQL file so i can import it in my database and try to reproduce the issue with the latest version of our plugin.
