We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, when I upload the excel file in the table I have a problem. The exacel files has numbers in this format 1.90 ; 2.20, etc...when I upload the file, in the table misses the "." and I get the number as 190 ; 220 instead of 1.90 ; 2.20
How can I fix that?
Thank you very much!
Hi nandrei89,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please check option "Number format" in main settings of plugin? If you have dot for decimal numbers then the number format should be set to 15,000.00
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi, thank you for your answer. If I do that, it shows me just the number...instead of 1.90 for example, it appears just 1
Hi nandrei89,
Can you please send me that file so I can take a look? Thank you
Kind Regards,

Hi, yes I attached the file here. I tried all possibilities to formating the cells, but no results.
I want to buy other 3 licenses, and to use the same excel file for all 4 websites, so this is very important for me, because adding the tips in a excel file, and uploading the same excel on 4 websites saves lots of time instead of adding those tips one by one on each website, so this is very important for me to work.
Hi nandrei89,
We saw your file and the reason why you are getting wrong results it's because you have different decimal separator in same column.(attachment) You have to use only one. If you choose dot you have to set Number format like 15,000.00 and if you want to use comma you have to set Number format 15.000,00 and than you will get right results.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

I did exactly as you said but that dosn't solve the problem. Istead of having the number as 1.90, it appears as 190.00, or insteas of 1.75 appears as 175,00
PROBLEM SOLVED, INSTEAD OF "." I HAD TO CHANGE TO "," .
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
