When we moved the site to their live hosting account - all the data has disappeared. I can't find ANYTHING in your documentation nor settings about how this may have happened, nor how to fix it.

We can see that tables is working now. Did you found what cause the issue? I can suggest to you in future when you are moving from local or test site to live to use Duplicator plugin. We use is for our needs and it's working just fine.
