When creating a new chart or editing an existing one, I cannot change the format. Initially when you get to the "Formatting and Preview" options, the "CHART" options are visible and configurable. If I chose any of the other configuration areas, SERIES, AXES, TITLE, TOOLTIP, etc, all the configuration options disappear, including those for CHART which I was previously able to view. Please refer to the pictures I attached.
This happens with all charts, and I also tested on Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer. I tested on 2 different Windows 10 PC's. I've currently got WPTables version 2.0.2 installed.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also it would be nice if you have updated to 2.1 version so we can investigate on your site because we can not reproduce the issue on our side.
2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3.) Delete existing wpdatatables folder.
4.) Upload previously downloaded wpdatatables folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5.) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
6.) Deactivate wpDataTables, and then activate it again.
Unfortunately updating the plugin is not in included in regular support. Regular support covers help with bugs and general inquiries for the plugin features, but not updating the plugin.
You can also take a look at our documentation about updating the plugin.
Upgraded to 2.1 with no issues. The initial problem still remains. Do you have any further recommendations which don't require your logging into the site with admin privileges?
I disabled the plugin and reactivated it, then cleared all browser cache. No change. This is a link to the video of the issue, including some explanatory text during the video. It was too big (23.7MB) for attaching. https://www.sipc.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/WPDataCharts.mp4
Is it possible that there's a memory or caching issue? My php.ini file has memory_limit = 512M. Although that seems more than reasonable to me, it looks like the plugin fails after the first configuration tab is loaded and doesn't release recourses back to the system to display the next tab. Just a guess. I have no idea how your plugin works, and my background is in application programming in languages like objective C and .NET, not php.

Hi Robert
Unfortunately It is very difficult for me to find the solution to this issue if I can not see the plugin and how it is working on your side.
Can you please try to clear the browser cache and deactivate/activate the plugin again.
Also if you can not provide me the credentials can you please make a short video of the issue so maybe I can see what might be the problem.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Robert,
This does not look like the memory issue because if that is the case you would not be able to create any tables or charts.
This looks like the issue is with some other plugin or theme, which have some onclick events that are binded to that tabs in the chart wizard.
Can you please disable other plugins or change the theme and tell me do you still have this issue.
Best regards.
