We have three tables linked to the WP database by SQL queries. We use it for reports of Woocommerce. The database grows and grows, to genereate the table it takes longer and longer, about 30 seconds at the moment, and that's far to long for a user.
Now the sql query is executed on every page load, what is not really necessary for our situation. Is there a way to keep the data stored and execute the sql queries by a cronjob, for example every morning at 5?
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
If you are using some complicated query for getting that data my suggestion is to try to make a view from that query in phpmyadmin and check is it faster.
Sorry for disappointment but we don't have such a option with built in features of plugin. But is you want just to hide some rows for users you can use "Conditional formatting"and if you have one column with date you can use %TODAY% placeholder to hide rows before current day. You can take a look about this in our documentation on this link.
