We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I need to know if your plugin will accomplish my request.

Here is an example of what is needed.

    https://saqccfire.co.za/index.html

Visitors can search either the INDIVIDUAL or COMPANIES database to see if a certain individual or company is registered.

Attached is the feature I need, and would like it to function exactly like this...where there is only a search field, with 2 options (individual or companies).

The result of the search when a positive match is made, would list the result + a "right mark" stating positive match. That's all.

    Hi Regardt,
    Thank you for the inquiry.

Something like that is not possible out of the box but we have plans to release add-on for more powerful filter for two weeks and something like that should be possible with it, except you will not be able to have one search input than you'll need to have some filter (input, checkbox, selectbox...) for each column that you have in your table.

Also with that add-on you'll be able to hide the table, like in your example, before filters are selected or you press search button.

For this add-on, wpDataTables plugin is required to be installed on your WordPress website.
