In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I can't even believe to tell you how pissed off I am at your crappy software.
Today, we tried to duplicate a table on the plugin. Every time we add a new google sheet link to it, we got an error. What a piece of shit!
Every single time we work with your plugin, something happens that just pisses us off. This is one of the worst commercial software out there.
It is SLOW.
It is BUGGY.
It is poorly designed. You have to go sequentially to make table.You can't hit "enter' to start a search query, You can't search by ID.
Your tables work half the time, and the other half, they piss my whole company off. This is not shippable product or code.
If I had known what a crappy software this was, I would NOT have invested our time and energy with this piece of CRAP!
FIX it! I am not your damn beta-tester. You don't pay me enough money to find all your bugs and comment on your crappy design for this piece of crap.
Before you release a software product, make sure its good.
We will be updating our review. If I can give you the worst review for this piece of shit product I would!!!

Thank you for your honesty. We can feel your frustration and of course it is not in our interest to get our users frustrated. Unfortunately as our software works with external sources, such as Google Spreadsheets, we cannot fully control and handle what happens on the other side, and eventually it leads to unpredictable problems such as the ones you are experiencing. Recently Google made some adjustments to their API, which led to changing of the permanent URLs of published spreadsheets, which, in its turn is causing the issues that you have. The worst part is that they did it without any announcements, or documentation, so we do not have a way to adjust to new URLs transparently for all users. But we do want to help.
Do we understand right that some existing Google Spreadsheets stopped working for you without any changes made by you on Google side?
