Can you please change some of the code

in file

 wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/js/wpdatatables/admin/table-settings/main.js around line 854 find this line of code

displayColumnName: $('#wdt-foreign-column-display-value option:selected').html(),

and change it to look like this 

displayColumnName: $('#wdt-foreign-column-display-value option:selected').data('orignal_header'),

Then in file wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/js/wpdatatables/admin/table-settings/table_config_object.js around line 635 find this code

var option_str = '<option value="'+columns[i].id+'">'+columns[i].display_header+'</option>';

and replace it with this one

var option_str = '<option value="'+columns[i].id+'" data-orignal_header="'+columns[i].orig_header+'">'+columns[i].display_header+'</option>';

We can investigate the issue with credentials but please delete or edit your post below because ticket is Public and everyone can see our conversation.

When you are sending the credentials 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us to avoid any issues if someone else use them to login to your site.

I changed the code that I provided you below.

After that the issue was that your query looked like this

select id,estado from wp_custom_estado_produccion;

You will notice the " ; " sign at the end of it and that is causing the issue. I removed that sign and now as I can see everything is working fine.

If you go to your table id 11 now you will see the relation for Status Production column.
